Limited edition prints are printed in a limited quantity, and signed, titled, and numbered by the artist. This means that once all prints of an edition are sold, no more of that print will be produced or brought back in stock.

Open edition prints are unlimited in quantity. My open edition prints receive the artist's signature, title of the artwork at the bottom, and the infinity symbol at the bottom to indicate the open edition.

Shipping times range from 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Both open-edition and limited edition prints are typically ready-to-ship and will ship within 1-3 business days.

Please account for both processing time and shipping time combined if you are purchasing for a gift or a holiday deadline. We do our best to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. Next-day and 2-day express shipping are available, however please note that these options will not affect the 1-3 day processing time.

We will provide a no charge replacement or refund for any quality issues. We may request to have the defective packaging or product well documented, or returned in the case of an original artwork purchase. We do not provide a refund based on customer preference. We will provide a refund or a no charge replacement for any orders damaged in shipping. For a refund or replacement, please email kym@kymday.com. There is a 15% restocking fee that is applied for any order canceled or exchanged.
