Shipping is based on weight and size of the item. Shipping times range from 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Originals are typically ready-to-ship, unless they are currently being exhibited, which will be noted in the item's description.

Please account for both processing time and shipping time combined if you are purchasing for a gift or a holiday deadline. We do our best to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. Next-day and 2-day express shipping are available, however please note that these options will not affect processing time.

We will provide a no charge replacement or refund for any quality issues. We may request to have the defective packaging or product documented, or returned in the case of an original piece. We do not provide a refund based on customer preference. We will provide a refund or a no charge replacement for any orders damaged in shipping. For a refund or replacement, please email kym@kymday.com. There is a 15% restocking fee that is applied for any order canceled or exchanged.
